The Orca Dive Club Dahab which is located in the Happy Life Village***, some 8kms south of Dahab town will be the launch pad for your holiday of adventure. With the famous dive site of 3 Pools directly on our doorstep, your Orca Team organises daily excursions to the world famous sites of "Blue Hole" and "Bells" as well as regular camel safaris to "Gabr el Bint" or "Ras Abu Galum". The much loved house reef which is accessible over the dive clubs private jetty is ideal for flexible and individual diving. Dahab - truly a place that will captivate your imagination.
The Orca Dive Club Dahab is open all year round. From 8am until 6pm, 7 days a week you will be able to find one of our competent and friendly staff to answer all of your questions. These opening hours allow the uppermost flexibility for check in/out so you don't miss any valuable dive time.
We at the Orca Dive Club Dahab are very proud of our state-of-the-art filling system. Two L&W 450 capable of delivering 450ltr/min of air as well as a powerful nitrox membrane filling system can cope with the most demanding situations. Constant inspections, servicing and air quality testing are carried out by DiveMix guaranteeing only the purest quaility breathing air 365 days a year.
Our diver's terrace with its impressive sea view is the meeting point before and after diving. Cosy and comfortable in tradional bedouin style. The ideal place for you to enjoy a drink and a chat with your "buddies".
There is no need to worry about running low on air at the Orca Dive Club Dahab. 120 standard 12ltr. aluminium tanks are at your disposal as well as 8 aluminium 8ltr. tanks for kids. Loyal to the Orca philosophy of "safety first", all cylinders are tested in accordance with international cylinder testing guidelines. Regular valve servicing and visual inspections are just a few of the rigorous in house test procedures that equipment must go through. All tanks can be used as DIN/INT connections.
Our state-of-the-art, modern well maintained rental equipment is from the most reputable scuba equipment manufacturers. 30 complete sets of equipment are at your disposal as well as "Kids" dedicated rental equipment for those smaller visitors who are old enough to discover the underwater wonders off Dahab.
Your precious dive equipment is safe in our spacious dryroom. With numerous large fresh water rinsing tanks (one dedicated for regs, computers and cameras only) you're sure to get all the salt out of your equipment. Our dedicated storage areas are well ventilated so that your equipment can dry before your departure. The dryrooms are open from 8am until 6pm and remain locked at all other times. Our own night security personnel keep a watchful eye on your equipment after opening hours.
